Product Ordering Terms and Conditions

A flat shipping & handling rate of $75 is charged per board.

Once an order is placed, the order will be acknowledged with a confirmation email. We will send you a PDF proof of your board via email within 2-3 business days, assuming the logo provided is transparent and high enough resolution. If there are any logo issues, we will be in contact to follow up.

Once proof approval has been provided, we will ship your board via FedEx within 2 business days.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! Because each product ordered is custom, products are not returnable. However, please contact us via phone or email if you are not satisfied with your order and we will work to make things right.

Sales tax is charged on any order shipped to a location in WA and additional local sales tax is charged on any order shipped to a location in Spokane, WA.
